By accessing and using Groomi, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
Groomi is a service offered by Mélina Bouchard, sole proprietor based in Quebec, Canada.
2. Description of Service
Groomi is a management software for pet grooming salons that allows you to:
- Manage appointments and calendar
- Manage client files and their pets
- Send SMS reminders
- Generate invoices
- Offer online booking
- Manage inventory
3. Registration and Account
To use Groomi, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Pricing and Payment
Groomi offers a 14-day free trial. After this period, a monthly subscription of $49.99 CAD is required to continue using the service.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Groomi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to access data from other users
- Transmit viruses or any malicious code
- Overload or disrupt the operation of the service
6. Intellectual Property
Groomi and all its content (logos, text, code, design) are the property of Mélina Bouchard. You are not authorized to copy, modify, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
7. Data Protection
Your data is stored securely. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on the collection and use of your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
Groomi is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Mélina Bouchard be liable for any indirect damages related to the use of the service.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the application.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
