What is dog grooming software?

Does Groomi work for mobile grooming?
Yes. Once mobile mode is on, Groomi calculates distance and drive time with Google Maps, applies fixed, per-kilometre or free travel fees depending on the client, and shows the day’s route on a map you reorder by drag and drop.
Can my clients book online?
Yes, clients who already have a file at the salon. They identify themselves with their phone number, choose the pet, the service, the date and the time, and the request waits for your approval. New clients go through the new-client form.
How do text reminders work?
You choose one or more sending times (1 week, 3 days, 48 h, 24 h or 1 h before) and the channel: text, email or both. Each reminder has a link to confirm or cancel, and the answer shows up in Groomi. Reminders are included in the subscription.
Can I import my clients from MoeGo?
Yes. The MoeGo import brings in your clients, their pets and breeds from the MoeGo export (CSV or Excel). For other software, the CSV import maps your columns to Groomi’s fields.
What happens after the 14 days?
After 14 days, the subscription starts at the price you chose: $49.99 a month or $479.99 a year. It is paid securely through Stripe, in Settings, under Subscription, and you can cancel it anytime.
How many staff can I add?
As many as you have: users are unlimited, at the same price of $49.99 a month.
