Front desk and grooming room on the same calendar
The calendar shows one column per groomer with their working hours, breaks and blocks. An appointment moved at the front desk shows right away on the grooming room tablet, and each pet’s status (in progress, finished) updates for everyone.

Staff time clock
Each groomer clocks in and out. A shift left open from the day before closes at midnight and is flagged “to check”. Entries can be corrected, and a weekly report per groomer exports to CSV for payroll.
Product inventory
Sort your products by category with their cost, selling price, quantity in stock and an alert threshold. Products sold on an invoice leave stock by themselves; receipts, adjustments, returns and losses are recorded as stock movements.
Products below their threshold are flagged with an alert in the inventory, and the “low stock” filter shows you everything you need to order at once.
The sales report shows, for the period you choose (this month, last month, this year or your own dates), each product sold with the quantity, sales, cost and margin in dollars and as a percentage, with the total at the bottom. Export it to CSV.
Each pet’s file, for the whole team
A groomer meeting a dog for the first time sees what colleagues have noted: behaviour, allergies, cut preferences, important notes, visit and price history, and up to 8 photos per visit.
The dashboard
The dashboard shows the number of appointments and revenue for the day, week and month, total clients and pets, today’s appointments, appointments by status over 30 days, the 5 most booked services and revenue for the last six months. There are no per-groomer statistics.

Does each groomer have their own calendar?
Yes. Each groomer has a calendar column, a colour, working hours and breaks.
Does Groomi track working hours?
Yes. The time clock records each employee’s clock-in and clock-out, with an hours report.
