What the plan includes
There is no basic edition and no module to add. The same subscription gives access to everything:
- Calendar: one column per groomer, working hours, breaks, time blocks, recurring and grouped appointments.
- Reminders by text, email or both, with a link to confirm or cancel. No text credits to buy.
- Online booking: your clients request a slot, you approve it.
- New-client form with your questions and your documents signed online.
- Invoicing with your country’s sales tax or VAT (rates prefilled for 25 countries), email sending and CSV export for your accountant.
- Mobile grooming: travel fees, drive times and the route map.
- Product inventory, staff time clock, revenue dashboard, and client import from MoeGo, a CSV file or Excel.
The price does not depend on the number of clients, pets or groomers. The same plan serves the independent groomer working alone, the salon with a team and the mobile groomer who travels to clients. Whichever way you work, you pay the same amount and get the same features, with nothing to unlock later.
How the trial works
- Choose monthly or yearly with the switch above, click “Start the trial” and enter your salon name and email.
- Enter a credit card on Stripe’s secure payment page. Nothing is charged for 14 days.
- You receive your login details by email and start setting up your calendar.
- After 14 days, the subscription starts at the price you chose. Cancel before the trial ends if Groomi is not right for you.
During the trial, every feature is open, text reminders included. You can import your real clients on day one.
The first time you log in, a setup guide walks you through four steps: your salon, your opening hours, your team and your services. All that is left is to import your clients, turn on reminders and share your booking link.
A price in your country’s currency
The price shown on this page follows your country: Canadian dollars in Canada, euros in Europe and US dollars elsewhere. That is the amount Stripe bills you, in that currency. If your country is not recognised, the price is shown and billed in Canadian dollars.
Payment is by credit card, on Stripe’s secure page. Groomi never sees or stores your card number.
Managing your subscription
Everything is done from the Account section of Groomi’s settings, where you see your subscription status and the date you joined:
- Manage billing opens Stripe’s portal, for your card and your payments.
- Cancel subscription: you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and the end date is shown.
- Reactivate subscription: possible as long as that date has not passed.
If a payment fails, Groomi emails you a link to update your payment.
The same section lets you delete your account, with your password. Your clients, pets, appointments and invoices are then deleted, and the subscription is cancelled.
Questions about pricing
How much does Groomi cost?
CA$49.99 a month, or CA$479.99 a year. There is only one plan, with every feature.
Does the price change with the number of groomers?
No. The price is the same for a groomer working alone and for a salon with a team.
Are texts billed on top?
No. Text and email reminders are included in the subscription, with no credits to buy.
Why a credit card for the trial?
The subscription is created at Stripe on sign-up, with a 14-day trial. Nothing is charged before the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
Is there a contract?
No. The subscription is monthly or yearly, with no commitment beyond the period you chose.
How much do I save with the yearly plan?
$479.99 a year instead of $599.88 for twelve months, a saving of $119.89.
Is Groomi available outside Canada, and in which currency?
Yes. Groomi is built in Québec and serves salons in Canada, the United States and Europe. You pay in your country’s currency: Canadian dollars in Canada, euros in Europe, US dollars elsewhere. The price shown on this page is the one Stripe bills.
